CALIFORNIA YACHT CLUB

We are happy and honored to announce you can score a pair of BreakWater Shades at The California Yacht Club!  Founded in 1922, the California Yacht Club has an impressive history of being among the premier yachting facilities in the world. In recent years, CYC was honored as a “Platinum Club of America,” an award given by the club industry to the top 10 yacht clubs in the nation.  Whether your interests are sailboat racing, power boating, cruising to our outpost on Catalina Island or other points, rowing, paddle tennis, relaxing by the pool (heated year-round), or a comprehensive youth sailing program, CYC provides the perfect venue!  They are also an affiliate of Los Angeles Athletic Club so members can enjoy amenities of both clubs. The CYC will be offering our BreakWater eco-friendly wooden sunglasses as prizes to the winners of their sailing tournaments.  

Also, we love that they are doing their part to encourage members to help keep the Marina clean.
